Eginhouse Welcomes Vivot Craft Café: Elevating Community Living in Artesia

Published on 4 Dec, 2025

I’m excited to share some great news about Eginhouse, one of Artesia’s most innovative new communities. City Ventures recently announced that Vivot Craft Café, a popular Orange County coffee concept, will open in the ground-floor retail space in 2026. Known for their organic matchas, teas, and handcrafted syrups, Vivot will bring a high-quality, locally owned café experience right to the neighborhood.
This addition reflects a philosophy I’ve carried throughout my career: retail should create connection, not just convenience. During my time at LAB Holding, I had the privilege of working on projects that redefined how people experience community spaces—like The LAB Anti-Mall and The CAMP. Those experiences taught me the value of curating authentic, local businesses that become part of the neighborhood fabric.
At Eginhouse, we’ve applied that same approach. By bringing in Vivot Craft Café, we’re not just filling a retail space—we’re creating a walkable amenity that enhances daily life and fosters a sense of belonging for homeowners.
Eginhouse was recently recognized as “Best Infill Community” at the 2025 BIA SoCal MAME Awards, and it’s easy to see why. With 59 modern townhomes, including 22 live/work units, and 4,544 square feet of commercial space, the community offers a lifestyle that blends sustainability, design, and connection. Homes feature owned solar panels, smart technologies, and stylish finishes, starting in the low $700,000s.
As Artesia continues its renaissance, Eginhouse is more than just a place to live—it’s a thoughtfully planned community where people can thrive. For more details or to join the interest list, visit EginhouseCityVentures.com.
