Only 50% of Homes Remain at City Ventures’ Concord Court in Compton as Demand Continues to Surge

City Ventures––California’s leading builder of solar-powered, ecologically responsible homes––has announced the 50% sellout milestone of its brand-new Compton townhome-style community, Concord Court. Situated within L.A. County, one of the nation’s most sought-after real estate markets where new builds are scarce and the median home exceeds $900,000, Concord Court is capturing buyers’ attention at a record pace with competitive pricing from the high $500,000s.

“The response to Concord Court’s public grand opening exceeded all expectations,” said Natasha Zabaneh, President of City Ventures. “Buyers showed incredible enthusiasm for this community’s meticulous construction, flexible floor plan designs, and energy-efficient features from the moment we opened the doors to our model homes. Many were even ready to sign on the spot.”

The timing for these buyers seems ideal: With Redfin reporting just 2.9 months of inventory in Compton at the end of September and the Census Bureau recently reporting the highest level of new home sales in over 3.5 years, the generous sales incentives offered by many home builders may soon be scaled back. Fortunately, City Ventures continues to offer special 4.99% percent financing for select quick move-in homes for qualified buyers.

Moreso, the community has had the support of The City of Compton. At the grand opening of the community, Mayor Emma Sharif, City Councilman Johnathan Bower, and other key community members celebrated the milestone alongside the City Ventures team with a ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the occasion.

Thoughtfully built to enhance everyday living, Concord Court presents three versatile floorplans that range from approximately 1,365 to 1,596 square feet with three to four bedrooms and up to four baths. And buyers can expect City Ventures’ signature sustainability and innovation throughout every home––from solar panels to energy-efficient appliances to smart thermostats and more.

On-site community amenities at Concord Court appeal to a variety of lifestyles and interests. For example, families with children will appreciate the on-site play structure, an engaging outdoor space for kids to enjoy without leaving home. An inviting barbeque area, complete with a covered patio and café lights, offers the perfect ambience for hosting special celebrations or casual alfresco meals with family and friends. Within the local neighborhood, homeowners will also enjoy access to plenty of nearby recreational destinations, like Magic Johnson Park––complete with basketball courts, walking trails, and picnic areas––and Compton Creek Natural Park, which offers paths for walking, biking, and more.

“It’s evident that Concord Court is meeting a real need in our community, and we’re thrilled and honored to contribute to making the dream of homeownership in LA County a reality for families,” said Zabaneh. “With only half of our inventory remaining, interested buyers need to act now. The window of opportunity is narrowing very quickly.”

Concord Court is located at 152 South Gardenia Avenue in Compton. For more information on this new community, visit CityVenturesCompton.com, call or text 310.749.8591, or email ConcordCourt@CityVentures.com.
