In the East Bay and South Bay: Parkview in Livermore (Alameda County), Pinnacle in Milpitas and The Gates in Morgan Hill (Santa Clara County), and Parkside at Cherry Blossom Row in Richmond (Contra Costa County). Solar is standard in every City Ventures Northern California home - and it is owned outright with the home, not leased. Energy-efficient appliances are also included as standard, with ENERGY STAR-rated or LG stainless steel packages depending on the neighborhood. All-electric construction applies at some communities but not all; Parkside at Cherry Blossom Row in Richmond, for example, is specifically built all-electric. Standard Living Green features across our Northern California homes include an owned solar power system, a smart learning thermostat, a Ring video doorbell, ENERGY STAR-rated appliances, dual-glazed windows with UV coating, a water filtration system at the kitchen sink, and efficient water heaters. Every home we build is also wired with the electrical connectivity needed to add EV charging. Optional upgrades include solar power walls for battery backup, keyless entry, Wi-Fi boost, and network upgrades. City Ventures is an infill builder: we redevelop underused urban and suburban land rather than expand into open space, and we deliberately choose sites near community centers, employment hubs, and public transport so residents can walk, bike, or ride instead of driving. In Northern California, this has produced neighborhoods positioned near BART, Caltrain, VTA light rail, and ACE commuter rail, and within reach of downtowns such as Livermore, Santa Rosa, and San Bruno.
