City Ventures is pleased to offer neighborhoods in premier locations across the state. From city lights to sandy beaches, traditional to modern, quaint to elegant, City Ventures designs and builds desirable new homes in Southern California for every sensibility.
City Ventures has two Southern California neighborhoods selling now: The Birchwoods in La Habra, Orange County, with homes from 1,330 to 1,710 square feet; and Saddlewood at Joshua Ranch in Palmdale, Los Angeles County, with larger homes from 2,555 to 3,150 square feet. Two more are coming soon - Crimson Court in Santa Ana and Walnut Park in Simi Valley. Our Eginhouse (Artesia), Concord Court (Compton), and Melodia (El Cajon) neighborhoods have sold out. Solar is standard in every City Ventures Southern California home - and it is owned outright with the home, not leased. Energy-efficient appliances, a smart learning thermostat, and dual-glazed window insulation are also standard across the region, and Saddlewood at Joshua Ranch is built with all-electric appliances. All-electric construction is not uniform across every community, so check the Community Features section on the neighborhood page you're interested in, or ask that community's sales team.
Standard inclusions across our Southern California homes are an owned solar power system, a smart learning thermostat, ENERGY STAR-rated or LG stainless steel appliances, dual-glazed windows with UV coating, a water filtration system at the kitchen sink, and efficient water heaters - plus the electrical connectivity every City Ventures home needs to add EV charging. Optional upgrades include solar power walls for battery backup, keyless entry, Wi-Fi boost, and network upgrades. Exact standard features vary by community, so check the neighborhood page or our Living Green page.
City Ventures is an infill builder: we redevelop underused urban and suburban land rather than pushing into open space, and we choose sites close to community centers, employment hubs, and everyday amenities so residents can walk, bike, or take transit more often. Across Southern California, that has meant walkable neighborhoods with quick freeway access in Orange and Los Angeles counties, trolley-connected San Diego locations, and larger-lot communities where buyers want space - each with an interactive "Around the Area" map on the community page.
