Open to licensed real estate agents and brokers, age 18 or older. Contest runs October 28 through November 15, 2026, ending at 11:59 p.m. PST. Participants must visit a participating City Ventures community, post an original Instagram Reel or video featuring the community, and tag City Ventures' official Instagram account. Accounts must be public for entry verification. Limit one entry per participant per community. Participants may enter at all four participating communities. The eligible video with the most Instagram likes at each community will win a $200 Amazon Gift Card. Likes will be verified on November 16, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. PST. In the event of a tie, the tied entry posted earliest will win. Four (4) prizes will be awarded, with a maximum potential prize value of $800 per participant. Winners will be contacted directly.
