City Ventures is proud to offer Below Market Rate (BMR) homeownership opportunities at The Canopy in Sebastopol. This program gives qualified households the opportunity to purchase a brand-new home at a price below current market value, helping make homeownership in Sonoma County more attainable. The Canopy will offer a limited number of Below Market Rate homes through the applicable affordable housing program. In addition to the purchase price shown below, homeowners should anticipate estimated monthly HOA dues of $320 at The Canopy. Below are details of the available homes.
Eligibility for the BMR program is based on household size and annual household income. Applicants must meet Moderate-Income (120% Area Median Income) requirements established by the State of California.*
