City Ventures Announces Grand Opening of Towns on First, an Exceptionally Walkable Community in the Heart of Downtown Upland

City Ventures, California’s leading builder of solar-included, ecologically responsible homes, has announced the grand opening of Towns on First, an exceptionally walkable, suburban community of three-story townhomes located in the heart of downtown Upland, will be tomorrow, Saturday, February 22, 2025. Its premier setting––just steps away from locally owned gastropubs, eclectic eateries, vintage shops, and gathering areas––offers unmatched walkability and everyday convenience. The new homes, which offer three bedrooms and up to three baths, all come standard with City Ventures’ smart technologies built-in, including efficient solar panels, learning thermostats, water-saving fixtures, and more.

“Towns on First offers the best of both worlds: the quaint, suburban feel of Upland, blended with the urban feel of being right in the heart of downtown where you can truly experience community and connection,” said Natasha Zabaneh, President of City Ventures. “It’s no surprise that buyers from large city centers like Los Angeles are extremely attracted to Towns on First. The nearby Metro makes commuting to the office a breeze. And if you work from home, you’ve got all the perks of ‘city life’ within easy reach, thanks to downtown Upland’s lively dining and shopping scene right at your doorstep.”

The spacious, well-appointed floorplans at Towns on First range from 1,367 to 1,564 square feet. Buyers can expect stylish kitchens with popular finishes like soft-closing cabinets, quartz or granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Inviting great rooms and sun-filled decks are ideal for relaxing and entertaining. The attached garages, complete with built-in electrical connectivity, provide future-focused convenience.

“We are very pleased to offer homebuyers the opportunity to purchase a brand-new home that is not only perfectly situated in a top-tier location, but also thoughtfully constructed and affordable,” said Zabaneh. “Every home at Towns on First is built to help reduce energy, lower costs, promote health, and enhance the real comfort of home.”

Prospective buyers are invited to come tour the two fully furnished model homes, as well as the home in Phase One that are selling now, at the grand opening event this Saturday, February 22. Pricing begins from the mid $600,000s. Towns on First is located at 105 N 1st Ave, Upland, CA 91786.
